Qualification required
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
MBA or other advanced degrees in Business Administration or Finance.
At least 1 year of experience in Business Administration, technical recruitment or Finance preferably in a fast- paced environment.
Strong knowledge of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
