Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Fixo Care in Salem. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the company's market position.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech industry
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual
