We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Financial Services to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the financial services sector, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular communication and meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients
- Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting revenue goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment and wealth management, insurance, and banking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
