Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with executives on business strategy to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and partners.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create targeted business development strategies.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans.
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients to maximize profits.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
