Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow our exhibition's presence and attract exhibitors, sponsors, and partners from the India market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the exhibition and real estate industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential contributors and stakeholders in the allocated regions, including but not limited to:
  • Philippines
  • Vietnam
  • Azerbaijan
  • Armenia
  • Georgia
  • Malaysia
  • Thailand
  • Sri Lanka
  • Singapore
  • Australia
  • India
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Represent IPS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the exhibition industry or real estate sector; experience in both is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
