Business Development Manager/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets.
  
• Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth opportunities.
  
• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals that are mutually beneficial.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and support growth initiatives.
  
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to adjust strategies as needed.
  
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings and market trends.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (4+ years preferred in recruitment industry).
  
• Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competition.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
