1. Capability to reach out to new and existing clients and secure meeting
2. Coordinate with the team and the clients to smoothen the process of the event.
3. Receive relevant briefs from prospective clients and prepare MoMs.
4. Fix meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
5. Manage and coordinate all events, premieres, launches, contests, and promotions
6. Working with internal teams to coincide with company/event marketing efforts.
7. Controlling the cost budget viz revenue to ensure Project profitability.
8. Contribute to the overall functioning of the Marketing department
9. Understanding the requirements of clients to work out event details, and plan with the client and their team to make every event successful.
10. Also gathering feedback from clients and making sure corrective actions are taken to maintain a long-term relationship.
11. Coordinating with external points of contact such as vendors, partners, artists/performers, organizers, etc. to help the operations and the production team.
12. Preparing presentations while maintaining timelines with the help of Design and Creative Department
