Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the operational efficiency of our sales team. This role involves monitoring the quality of sales interactions, driving team performance, managing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives, and overseeing employee performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess team interactions, including call performance and customer pitches, to ensure alignment with business standards.
- Lead the sales operations, implementing Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to boost product knowledge and sales efficiency.
- Ensure the team has a deep understanding of the company's online programs, delivering relevant training to improve customer engagement and close sales more effectively.
- Oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for employees with below-par performance, tracking progress and implementing strategies to bring improvements or take necessary actions.
- Analyse team performance metrics and optimize operational workflows to improve enrolment and re-registration processes.
- Provide actionable insights from audits to identify and implement improvements.
- Oversee enrolment, re-registration, and customer onboarding, reviving dead cases through proactive outreach.

Desired Requirements
