Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Easyclaims.in in Mumbai. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating and implementing sales strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as required
