Key Accountabilities
- Manage distribution Partners & Direct customers in the Middle East region
- Documents daily customer meetings, capture customer requirements and debrief them to technical team clearly to satisfy customer requirements.
- Qualify business opportunities and co-ordinate with project Management team to service them within timeline.
- Build progressive account plans for growth, understanding customers strategies
- Ensure strong and healthy relationship with existing and potential customers
- Research and report on industry trends relevant to the businesses
- Closely monitor customer's NPD pipeline and present innovative concepts to generate briefs.
- Identify new business opportunities within territory
- Close co-ordination with customers for commercialized products and share the forecast with planning team.
- Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.
Qualifications
- Graduation: Preferably a B.Sc., B. Tech (Food Technology) or a B Pharm.
- Desirable - PG/ PG Diploma in Management
