Job Title: Business Development Manager (Female Preferred)
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market segments.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Drive sales efforts and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales plans, proposals, and presentations.
Identify potential partners and alliances to expand business reach.
Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans and initiatives.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Contribute to the development of the company's business strategy.
Analyze business performance and provide insights for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (2+ years) in business development
Experience in IT Product based sales.
