Hubbler is looking for a Sales Manager / Account Manager to focus on Account acquisition across various verticals of the Enterprise segment
As a Solution provider, the candidate should have a sharp eye to Identify, engage and develop the Enterprise Software solution requirements that Hubbler provides across markets
Ability to understand the various business processes and engage with Clients to discover their growth pains and recommend solutions that would create a Wow experience in their journey
Hubbler lets Enterprises configure Applications to suit their Business as well as engage better with the Internal teams
Responsibilities
Explore Mid and Large enterprise accounts and set up meetings to provide solutions for business processes
Build a strong funnel and ensure swift closing of deals as per the SaaS model.
Engage with Accounts to scale the business with additional Apps for different processes / teams
Provide mobile app demos to customers
Necessary service related interactions (visits, calls/video calls and emails) with customers for adoption, customer delight and to increase usage from Existing accounts
Align with Business Solution experts and Backend teams to ensure Account acquisition
Requirements
Passionate individual with a love for Understanding Business Processes(workflows) across companies
Upto 6 years of work experience preferably in selling Technology products/services
Demonstrated successes in Enterprise Sales by exceeding set Revenue targets and can provide customer references
Experience of complete Sales Cycle from Lead to Delivery across multiple deals
Understanding of No Code and SaaS environment
Cultivated a good network of Enterprise clients
Ability to understand the Big Picture at each opportunity and align accordingly
Professional demeanour and Good communication skills - both spoken and written
Should be willing to travel to client locations within and outside the city and Confident to interact with all levels within Client organisation
