Job Summary:
Avisa Smart Hospitals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head for our Diagnostic Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of sales across all Avisa hospital labs in cities throughout India. This role involves overseeing both home collection services and direct visit sales at our diagnostic centers. The Sales Head will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all Avisa hospital labs in various cities.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand our diagnostic services.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
2.Market Expansion:
Drive the expansion of home collection services and direct visit sales at All Avisa diagnostic centers.
Develop corporate tie-ups to broaden market reach and enhance service offerings.
Collaborate with other stake holders in the market to develop initiatives that attract and retain customers.
Coordinate with the Doctors, Hospitals, communicate with doctors, initiate the sales process, confirm meetings, meet doctors physically or virtually, arrange communication with the Managers, and follow up with doctors for presentation calls.
3.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues promptly.
4.Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform decision-making.
5.Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Uphold the highest standards of quality and service delivery in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Up to 10 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the diagnostics market.
Strong understanding of the diagnostic services market in India.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
