Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at Dalal Plastics Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. The role will involve regular in-office work in Hyderabad and will also offer flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
• Knowledge of the plastic moulding industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience at working in a company manufacturing plastic components will be preferred.
