This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Crewman Solution Private Limited. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves strategic planning, market research, prospecting, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience in the IT industry or relevant domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
