Business Development Manager

CredEnd is a digital communication company located in Preet Vihar. We specialize in the collections and recoveries sector, where customer engagement is crucial. We have experienced a significant digital adoption within the industry since the start of the COVID pandemic, and our goal is to provide cutting-edge solutions to meet the demands of our clients.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at CredEnd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be involved in developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the collections and recoveries sector
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
