Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Converge Engineering Pvt. Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the engineering consulting industry
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in the process engineering or consultancy industry is a plus
• Chemical engineering background preferred.
