Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to focus on acquiring offshore projects and B2B clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building relationships with direct clients, identifying business opportunities, and securing offshore IT services projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization, with a focus on expanding our B2B business and, potentially, vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Proactively identify and develop new B2B opportunities in the US market, with a strong emphasis on securing offshore IT projects.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive offshore project sales and achieve business growth targets.
- Offshore Project Management:
- Understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and present Consultadds offshore capabilities effectively.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and deliverables.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential sectors, industries, and companies for offshore project partnerships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Vendor Partnerships:
- If the opportunity arises, contribute to vendor partnerships by identifying and building relationships with key vendors in the US to complement our B2B efforts.
- Negotiations & Contracts:
- Lead contract negotiations with clients to close deals that benefit both the client and Consultadd.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of business development efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, with a strong focus on offshore projects and B2B client acquisition.
- In-depth understanding of the US IT services market, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong network within the industry and experience working with direct B2B clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results.
- Willingness to adapt and take on vendor partnership responsibilities if required.
