The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the EdTech sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through the sale of professional courses. The successful candidate will also have at least 2 years of experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs.
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.
