The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the EdTech sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through the sale of professional courses. The successful candidate will also have at least 2 years of experience in team management, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success.

* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.

* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

* Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of cognico programs.

* Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company guidelines. Should complete all necessary sales documentation and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in team management.
  3. Proven track record of success in selling professional courses within the EdTech industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Location - Madhapur, Hyderabad

Structure - 6 days working (Weekends working)
