We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, cold calling, and other platforms.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and client communication.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify potential opportunities and establish competitive advantages for the company.
- Track key metrics and performance indicators to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize bidding portals such as Upwork, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, etc., to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong proposal writing skills to create compelling and customized proposals for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the IT sales industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
