Role Description

Specialisation in HORECA is must. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Clear Premium Water located in Ludhiana East. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company's customer base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and provide market insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
