We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Business Development Manager to lead our organization s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a combination of business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisee owners and external vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and revenue
- Lead the negotiation and closure of complex business deals, contracts, and partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role, with at least two or three years of experience.
- Strong understanding of business principles, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
