THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges
• Knowledge of real estate in NCR
• Retail BD experience
• Persistent and diplomatic
• Good negotiator
• Excellent networking skills
• Loves travelling

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of executives
• Coordinate with brokers
• Source real estate while riding around on a 2-wheeler
• Able to find the real estate within the given specifications
• Negotiate with the landlords on any issues
• Convince landlords to provide capex
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords
• Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis
• Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites
• Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 18,00,000 LPA. In addition incentives will be provided. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company.
