Role & responsibilities
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate technical concepts in a clear, constructive, and professional manner to non-technical users.
- Have at least 7+ Years in B2B Sales / Outbound Sales Experience in US / Canada Region.
- Be willing to work in US SHIFTS.
- Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal closures, strong negotiation and account management targeting corporate.
- Achieving quarterly targets and responsible for identification of opportunities, mapping and prospecting them for conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
- As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities followed up by generating revenues every month/quarter as per assigned targets, improve profitability and help the business grow.
- The primary objective is to identify new business opportunities. What form this takes will depend on the exact nature of the company.
- But you'll more than likely be looking to identify new markets, new partnerships, new ways to reach existing markets, or new service offerings to better meet the needs of existing markets and revenue generation.
- Should have through knowledge of complete sales cycle i.e. data mining/lead generation to the closure and then managing that account to ensure the repeat business.
- Should be an individual contributor.
- Should be familiar with RFQ/RFP/RFI and bidding process.
