Job Profile- Business Development Professional for getting approvals of products like LED Screens, LED Lights, Signage modules, Power supplies in brands who have large retail presence such as
- Automotive showrooms : TATA, Suzuki, MG, Kia and more
- Banks : SBI, Bank of Baroda, IDFC First, Axis Bank, HDFC etc
- F&B / QSR : Mc Donalds, KFC, Dominos, Bars etc
- Apparels, Sports & Malls: Pantaloons, Shoppers stop, D Mart, Nike, Puma, Adidas etc
- Architects & Interior Designers : Corporate offices, Malls, Showrooms etc
Role Purpose
Job description for providing retail outlets lights, modules, SMPS and Displays solutions to converters for Retail Chains. This role involves understanding of requirements for a particular retail outlet in terms of kind of product and the quantity of product needed, communicating & presenting to architect/ brand manager/ technical InCharge or procurement teams of brands and converters, doing site visits, demoing products and getting approval of Innotronix products for that brand
- Sales Presentations:
- Presenting the product lines to the customer by physically visiting the customer office/factory as per the requirements, gathering feedback, revising the product with the help of Innotronix product team and demoing as per requirements.
- Gathering information about the existing approved makes- their specification, their product samples and offering a better and a differentiating product.
- Pricing Analysis:
- Analyzing the pricing of competition based on region and products and providing the MIS for the same to management
- Getting Approvals:
- Prepare pipeline of the opportunities and brand approvals on the radar and committing to those for getting approvals
- Constant follow-up with the customer for repeat requirements and quality and service-related feedback
- Ensuring smooth operation of brand account in terms of product delivery & service
- Explore opportunities for cross selling
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records: Document all interactions with the customer, including agreements, contracts, and any changes in requirements.
- Regular reporting: Provide regular updates to both your team and the customer regarding the progress of the pipeline
- Collaboration:
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer insights: Communicate customer feedback and insights with your team to continually improve your products or services.
- Travel and Networking:
- Customer visits: When feasible, visit key customers in person to strengthen the relationship and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
- Attend industry events: Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential and existing customers.
