Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Trivandrum. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong understanding of the product, market, and customer needs to effectively communicate the value of Bonvoice solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
