Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves prospecting potential clients, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical), business administration in marketing or a related field will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in business development, sales, B2B and B2C Sales.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
