You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed and organized CRM database to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in a digital development or e-commerce agency.
- Strong understanding of Shopify, landing page development, and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs and challenges.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA.
