Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth within the digital development space. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase our services and capabilities.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain a detailed and organized CRM database to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in a digital development or e-commerce agency.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, landing page development, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs and challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ASANA.
