Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers (dealers) across Mumbai to sell our extensive range of products. This role involves visiting dealers in the field, showcasing our products, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential dealers across Mumbai to expand our customer base.
- Conduct daily visits to at least 5 dealers to present and showcase our range of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers to ensure repeat business.
- Product Presentation:
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products to dealers.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions or concerns dealers may have.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of each dealer.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by generating new leads and closing deals with dealers.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close sales with dealers.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to dealers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure dealers receive timely and accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and dealer network.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai to meet with dealers.
