  • Onelab Ventures ( Formally Turnkey Tech Solutions ) is a Pune-based B2B firm that helps startups in building tech products. We have been operating from the past 3 years and have served 50+ clients till date for Fintech, Ed-tech, E- commerce, Food delivery and Streaming apps.

We help early stage startups in product development. We help them in building a Minimum Viable Product for their requirements and lead the product to go live in the market to gather early user responses. We help startups to achieve product - market fit by doing Agile development in the product to match users requirements.

Our aim is to provide a hassle-free and comprehensive technology solution to our clients, enabling them to focus on their core business operations while we take care of the technical aspects.
  • Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our services to qualified leads, leveraging their excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and proficiency in using HubSpot CRM. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, effective management of the sales process, and successful closing of deals.
  • Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and fit for our services.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to present our services and their benefits.
Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.

HubSpot CRM Utilization:

  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Monitor lead engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.

Follow-Up and Relationship Building:
  • Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and move them through the sales cycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects.

Sales Meetings:

  • Schedule and conduct effective meetings with leads to understand their needs and present solutions.
Provide engaging and informative presentations or demonstrations of our services.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

  • Employ excellent negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial terms and close deals.
Address objections and concerns professionally to overcome sales barriers.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and progress toward targets.

Market Insight:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in customer preferences.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and engage leads.
HubSpot CRM: Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for lead management, activity tracking, and reporting.
  • Follow-Up Skills: Strong ability to maintain consistent follow-up communications with leads.
Meeting Handling: Experience in setting up, conducting, and leading successful sales meetings.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and objections.
Relationship Building: Skilled at building rapport and trust with potential customers.
  • Negotiation: Effective negotiation skills to reach favorable terms for both parties.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple leads and sales activities.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles.
Familiarity with our industry and services.
  • Proficiency in other sales and communication tools.
