• Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning: Design and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve business growth and exceed sales targets.

• Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a sales team.

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts.Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and ethics.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience: Proven track record as a BD Manager/Sales Manager or in a similar role within the ISP or related industry.Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a knack for team building and motivation.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools.

Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Organizational Skills: High level of organizational and time management expertise.
