Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive growth in our stock market advisory services. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed in their trading endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of Nifty, Bank Nifty, mid-cap stocks, and SENSEX charts to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that clearly communicate our advisory services and market insights.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services or stock market advisory sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Nifty, Bank Nifty, mid-cap trading, and SENSEX chart analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear manner.
- Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
