Your primary responsibility will be to strategize, plan, and execute initiatives aimed at increasing revenue streams. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of our services and value proposition to effectively engage with clients.
  • Identify and acquire New Accounts for Domestic Staffing across diverse sectors such as Semiconductor, Automotive, Retail, Healthcare, Banking & Finance, and E-Commerce.
  • Leverage expertise in Staff Augmentation within domains like Embedded, Application, and DTS.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives in target companies.
  • Combine hunting and farming strategies to expand our client base.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and selling Domestic Staffing & Recruitment Services in the domains mentioned.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, from prospecting to closure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
