We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Techno-Commercial Assistant with an MBA degree, specializing in IT/ITES, particularly in the surveillance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills to support our techno-commercial operations. This role requires the ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into commercially viable solutions for our clients.
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop business development strategies and plans.
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
:- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the IT/ITES and surveillance industry.
- Strong understanding of the tender process and experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
:- B.tech in Graduation is Mandatory.
Relevant certifications in business development, sales, or project management.
- Prior experience working with government clients and navigating public procurement processes.
