Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our chess school. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 Months of relevant experience, with strong team management skills. The primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can contribute to the expansion of our chess school.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the chess school.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the reach of the school.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve collective goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, and other potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to senior management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage a team of 8-10 BDEs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills is mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Laptop and proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday.

Salary Range

The salary for this position is in the range of 3.6-5.4 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), commensurate with experience and skills. Incentives also providing.
