JOB TITLE- Business Development Manager
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB- Client Acquisition, database management and attracting new clients.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-
Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, industry trends, and market developments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to introduce company products or services.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for expanding the customer base.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for the company.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics
