  • Role & responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, referrals, and online research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how the company's offerings can meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to target specific markets, industries, or regions, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  • Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a regular basis.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to sales management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients about their experiences with the company's products or services and communicate it to relevant departments for improvement.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting ideas effectively, negotiating terms, and building relationships with clients. Conversant in local language is a must.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Sales Executives need to be personable, approachable, and able to connect with clients on a personal level to establish trust and rapport.
  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients is crucial.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the company's offerings and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Time Management: Effective organization and time management skills are essential for managing multiple clients, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Result-Oriented: A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the quality of customer interactions.
  • Adaptability: The sales landscape can change rapidly, so Sales Executives need to be adaptable and open to learning new approaches and strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Being able to identify clients pain points and provide tailored solutions is key to success in sales.
  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of sales data analysis to assess trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and other relevant technology to manage leads, track interactions, and forecast sales
