Position: Business Development Manager (Female)

Location: Gurgaon, Cyber City

Industry: Chartered Accountancy Firm

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and closing leads for the firm's accounting and financial services. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, result-oriented, and possess a go-getter attitude. You must be highly presentable with excellent communication skills to represent the firm professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients for Taxation Services, Audits, GST, ITR & Tax Audits, etc. through online research, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Sales Execution: Approach prospects, pitch services, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to enhance business strategies.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate contract terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead status, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Cabin Crew Attendant experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional services like CA, legal, or financial consulting firms.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Sales Centric: Ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Go-getter Attitude: motivated to achieve targets and grow the business.
  • Client Management: skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and taxation will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00 - 70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
