Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and closing leads for the firm's accounting and financial services. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, result-oriented, and possess a go-getter attitude. You must be highly presentable with excellent communication skills to represent the firm professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients for Taxation Services, Audits, GST, ITR & Tax Audits, etc. through online research, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Sales Execution: Approach prospects, pitch services, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to enhance business strategies.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate contract terms with clients to secure business deals.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on lead status, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Cabin Crew Attendant experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional services like CA, legal, or financial consulting firms.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
