  • Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our hospital healthcare digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and digital marketing trends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our client base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospital healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering customized digital marketing solutions that drive results.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets, continuously evaluating market trends and identifying areas for growth.
  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and cold calling, leveraging industry contacts, and attending relevant conferences and events.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our digital marketing services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats, informing business strategy and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records, tracking progress against targets, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in selling digital marketing services, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Deep understanding of hospital healthcare operations, patient engagement, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, with a customer-centric approach.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,
  • 00 - 50,000.00 per month
