Job Description:As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our brand. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key partners, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. This role requires a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the sports and lifestyle industry.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, sports organizations, and influencers. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive brand visibility and sales.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and prioritize potential clients, prepare sales pitches, and lead negotiations.- Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns that align with business objectives. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking events.
Client Management: Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Product Development Support: Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights, customer feedback, and recommendations for new product lines and improvements.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results. Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
