Role Title: Business Development Manager- Azure SureStep Program Specialist

• Location: Pune, Delhi, Gurgaon, Banaglore/chennai

• Role Description:

As an Azure SureStep Program Specialist, you will be instrumental in advancing Microsoft Azure's SureStep initiatives. This role involves attending and actively participating in Microsoft-driven SureStep events such as Azure Summits and Bootcamps, representing Microsoft by earning relevant Azure badges, and engaging with the SureStep Community to share best practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

Event Participation: Attend and actively participate in Microsoft Azure SureStep events, including Azure Summits and Bootcamps.

• Badge Achievement: Obtain and maintain relevant Azure badges such as Copilot and Secure Productivity Pitch Perfect to represent Microsoft effectively.

Community Engagement: Engage with the SureStep Community to share best practices and contribute to collective knowledge and success.

Impact Alignment: Align the impact of top resellers with the Co-op investments of indirect providers within the Azure ecosystem.Data Utilization: Leverage Cloud Ascent data to drive go-to-market (GTM) execution for the Secure Productivity and Copilot for Microsoft Azure cohorts.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with Azure's strategic goals and initiatives.

• Role Qualifications:

Education: Preferred degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

• Language Skills: Required fluency in English; fluency in a second language is preferred.

Experience:

• +1 year of work experience in a sales or marketing role within the IT sector.

Preferred experience working at a technology vendor.

• Experience with Azure products and services, particularly in a call center environment.

Preferred 1 year of work experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Copilot for Microsoft Azure and the Azure partner ecosystem.

• Preferred advanced knowledge of the Azure suite.

Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-700) should be completed within 2 months of onboarding.

Skills and Attributes: Passion for technology, a learning attitude, and a growth mindset.

• Ability to drive GTM execution and effectively utilize data for strategic impact.
