Business Development Manager Bajaj Allianz Life
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of operations, including recruitment,
training, business operations, management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, Develop, and Activate Sales Consultants.
Supervise Sales Consultants/Agency Sales Officers.
Drive business from Sales Consultant to achieve monthly goals.
Motivate and guide the team.
Training and development of the team by providing knowledge of our products.
Dedicated Trainer Support to develop team.
Encourage Sales Consultants drive business through digital tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
General business skills.
Recruitment Skills
Good communication skills.
Experience:
1+ Experience in Any Field, currently accepting Fresh Graduates till May 2024.
Salary:
Fixed Salary Range: From 2.5Lakhs p.a. to 5Lakhs p.a.
Variable: Earn Variable from 20k to 20Lakhs in a Year, with various monthly/Qtrly/Yearly Incentives combined.
Salary will be finalised based on your performance of interview. There will be 2 Rounds of
Interview.
