Job Description

v Develop and execute business development strategiesto achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

v Identify and establish relationships with keyinstitutional clients and resellers.

v Conduct market research to identify newopportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

v Collaborate with the marketing team to developpromotional materials and campaigns.

v Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentationsto prospective clients.

v Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuringfavorable terms for the company.

v Monitor sales performance and provide regularreports to management.

v Maintain a strong understanding of the companysproducts and their competitive advantages.

Requirements

v Bachelorsdegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

v 5 to8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

v Provenexperience in reselling and institutional sales.

v Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

v Effective communication and interpersonalabilities.

v Strongsales and negotiation skills

v Experiencein the backpack or garment industry is a significant advantage .

v Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.

v Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMsoftware.
