We are looking for a Sales Manager, who is passionate to work on Premium and Residential B2C lighting segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, build customer loyalty, and maximize profits.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. They will be based in Bengaluru and will work closely with the team to identify and pursue potential customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in the technology industry
• Develop and increase network through channels such as architect, interior designers, project management consultants, and builder to increase the base of the customers
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in the commercial, hospitality, or residential sectors
• Knowledge of transformative systems such as Lighting management, Audio-video, Physical Security, IT Active & Networking, and PABX
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
