Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve targets and generate significant revenue. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets in the Noida region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, including individual buyers and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive dynamics in the real estate sector.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their selling skills and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create impactful promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to track progress towards revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
- Utilize own bike or car for travel purposes as required for client meetings and site visits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and own bike or car for transportation.
