Position: Business Development Manager

Salary : (4.1 LPA)

Experience :Min 2 Year Exp in Channel / Distribution Sales (BFSI LI, GI, Bank RM, MR- Pharma, BDM -EdTech, Channel sales FMCG etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distribution channels to drive sales in health and life insurance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in channel/distribution sales, preferably in health and life insurance or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stable career history with a commitment to growth.

Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships.
