Job Description:
Aries Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Oil and Gas sector to join our UAE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving the company's revenue and market share. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Business Growth Strategies: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships within the Oil and Gas sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop effective business development strategies.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts, expanding business with existing clients, and exploring untapped markets.
Proposal and Contract Management: Lead the development of business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations in line with client expectations and company standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business objectives and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Target Achievement: Set and meet sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
Networking and Industry Events: Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the Oil and Gas industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
