The company focuses exclusively on Commercial and Industrial segment working with various customers and developers. Argo Solar's projects span across Maharashtra, NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Company works with C&I customers and leading Developers in this space for various Rooftop and Ground Mounted projects.
Job Description: We are looking for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Solar Rooftop/C&I Projects sales for commercial and Industrial organizations. The candidate needs to be an Engineer / MBA and be willing to travel for most of the time to meet various clients in his/her geography. The ideal candidate will generate leads to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular sales strategy. The candidate should have a self-initiating attitude and set targets for himself to market the company's offerings and ensure that the deals are closed successfully - from getting the order to coordinating with various functions till successful commissioning of the Projects. This role requires cross functional coordination with engineering and project teams to ensure the project meets all targets and expectations set by the Customers. The role requires the candidate to operate remotely most of the time and continuously travel to meet clients, so the candidate should comply with Company HRMS that will require logging of his activities on a regular basis and give updates.
Compensation: Compensation shall be at par with the industry

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new customer leads and business opportunities
Develop new customer relationships to grow business and help company expand
Guide the clients towards optimal solutions that meet their needs
Maintain existing business relationships with customers
Stay up to date on market intelligence and any regulatory changes
Influence decision makers at the CXO/ Director level of customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or MBA or equivalent qualifications
4 - 6 years prior C&I solar industry business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
