Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales and negotiation skills, capable of understanding market trends and developing strategies to expand the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve growth objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
