Job Description

Business Development Manager

Education or Experience : Architecture , Construction and design process or industry knowledge in these field .

Experience : 3 to 4 years

Mode: Full time, Noida office

Joining : Immediate

Role:

1. To prepare, monitor and execute the BD strategy for the year.

2. To source the business from clients like Governments / Corporates/PMCs Hospitals/Hotels/Builders/Developers/Large Industrial houses/ HNIs/Private Education Institutes/ Large CSR Funds.

3. To source relevant information about new upcoming projects, competitor's activities, follow ups on projects under development, bidding etc. through a robust outreach mechanism.

4. To establish, nurture and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and other agencies, provide necessary documents / information/ clarifications to and from clients and ensure timely submission of proposals, documents / clarifications and claims.

5. To be able to study tenders and strategize accordingly to bid and pitch for projects.

6. To partner with design / creative teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.

7. To be well versed with our firm's qualifications and potential to bid / pitch for new work.

8. Get registered / empaneled with PMCs and PMOs for their architectural & design needs.

9. To be able to negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

10. To be able to help with incoming invoices / liaising with clients for the same.

11. To present and represent archohm, outreach programs based on annual operating plans, targeted segments, sectors, typologies and client base.

3. Meticulousness to maintain records.

4. Experience and hands-on knowledge of design and construction projects - milestones, processes and needs.

5. Presentation Skills

Office Hours : 09:30 18:30 Alternate Saturdays are working. Travel on behalf of archohm as per project requirements. Outstation travel will be booked by the office or reimbursed.

  • Compensation Total 6 LPA - 10 LPA (Fixed + Variable incentive on Order Book and first year invoice)
